Return Policy

The following items are NOT eligible for return, exchange, store credit, and cancellation:

- Exchanges
No refunds will be given on any occasion. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions, and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order.
For standard size (US/EU) dresses only:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be ready to wear item(standard US/EU size), in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping fees and international custom/duties fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
To start a return, you MUST email us at info@hayaniq.com within 24 hours after delivery. Items shipped to address on box will not be processed. Please email us for instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
If your order has already shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies.
Damages
The client has 24 hours after delivery to inform us if any products received are damaged,defective, or wrong item/s.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
